Analytics:

When someone visits www.theposhshedcompany.co.uk, we use third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Quantcast, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is anonymous. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

When you Subscribe to our Newsletter

If you sign up to our newsletter, we will ask for some key personal information. We use that information for a few reasons: to send you the newsletter by email, to address you by name and to check every now and then that you’re satisfied. We do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. You can unsubscribe from general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing The Posh Shed Company at [email protected]. You can request we then remove your information from our system.

When you Become a Customer

When you purchase a product from us or win a product in a competition, we will ask for your name, address, email and contact number. This is so we can make sure the products are delivered to you efficiently. We will need to share this information with our delivery companies. We use Yodel and DX.

If we do not stock the product in our own warehouse, we will need to share this information with suppliers who will send the product directly from their premises. If you require the name of the supplier so you can check their individual privacy policy, please email [email protected] and we will happily provide you with the details.

We will also collect your payment information. Our primary payment processing partner is Opayo by Evalon, who are integrated directly to all of the major UK card acquiring institutions. The Posh Shed Company also accepts PayPal as an alternative payment gateway. Users are subject to the terms of use, privacy policies and legal requirements of each payment gateway.
