Prices +7% from Dec 1st. Order now to beat price increase. The reason? Raw material increases. Read more

We are very grateful to our many customers for their support in these challenging times. Now here is another impact of the pandemic - unprecedented increases in raw material costs including.

  • timber prices + between 6% and 19% in the past month
  • glass +10%
  • paints + 5%
  • cedar shingles + 12%

We have managed to mitigate the increases so far by buying materials in advance but that purchased material is running out so we must unavoidably increase all product prices by 7% from December 1st 2020. However, all orders placed prior to this date will be at existing prices. We apologise for this but hope you will understand.

Rugby World Cup

Cymry am byth

Wow, what an exciting weekend – have you recovered from the big rugby match on Saturday?  I think my owners have just about got back to normal but they were somewhat sulky on Sunday I can tell you.

That’s the beauty of being a patio shed – one has a ring side seat for watching television; and luckily for me my owners are big Rugby fans and wouldn’t have missed Saturday’s match for the world.

I nearly switched allegiances to Japan after last weekend’s amazing upset but this weekend I was firmly supporting Wales; I was born very near the Welsh border you see, and I do like an element of competition so with my owners supporting England, I felt duty bound to support Wales and I’m so glad I did!

It was all going so well for England in the first half wasn’t it?  I was almost wishing my owners would shut the curtains so I didn’t have to witness what I felt was definitely going to be a Welsh defeat but the tables turned in the second half didn’t they? Bois Bach they certainly did!! It was a thrill to watch.

I had to strain to hear the commentary over the moans and groans of my owners but you can never keep a good Welsh man (or woman!)  down and despite all the injuries Wales triumphed ) I was firmly in support of Wales; I was born very near the Welsh border you see, and I do like an element of competition so with my owners supporting England, I felt duty bound to support Wales and I’m so glad I did!

Cymru am byth... till next time
