Bespoke Posh Shed Installed at New RHS Hilltop
The Posh Shed Company have installed a bespoke Posh Shed at the £160m new Home of Gardening Science. The new centre finally opened to the public at RHS Hilltop in June 2021. The first dedicated horticultural scientific centre of excellence in the UK, has been in the making for six years.

Protecting the Future of Plants, People and the Planet
This latest development has the vision of protecting the future of plants, people and the planet. It is a stunning addition within the flagship RHS Garden Wisley. Surrounding the beautiful new National Centre for Horticultural Science and Learning building designed by architects Wilkinson Eyre, are three new gardens, created by RHS Chelsea medal winners.

Bespoke Posh Shed in The World Food Garden
The World Food Garden is full of edible delights. Gold medalist Ann-Marie Powell, designed the space to include an edible flowers and herb garden. There is also a world maze garden full of diverse varieties from around the globe. Eventually, the pergolas will be packed with passionfruit, hops and squash. You can find trained fruit selections in the greenhouse while the apple walk links seemingly to the orchard. The Bespoke Potting Shed installed by The Posh Shed Company in this garden displays edible produce for the public to take away for a donation.
Gardens Designed by RHS Chelsea Medal Winners
The Wellbeing Garden, designed by Matt Keightley, includes a series of ‘garden rooms’. The space invites visitors to explore and enjoy the many ways to use a garden for physical and psychological therapy, natural health care or simply to relax in. The garden’s purpose is to show people the value of linking with nature and enlighten a new generation to the value of ‘green therapy’.

Designed by Ann-Marie Powell and inspired by a bee, The Wildlife Garden, is a haven for pollinators. Segmented like a wing, the space allows visitors to easily associate each segment with their own garden. Water dominates the space providing stunning views and it is the first major aquatic planting scheme at RHS Wisley.
